60min self-care session via zoom or phone to talk about any difficulties you may be struggling with and which of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies will help restore emotional balance and bring equilibrium back into your life.
Exchange €35 - includes postal delivered of remedies in the UK other areas I will assist you to source your remedies.
Follow-up sessions By Phone, zoom
This is a 45-minute follow-up session to check how you are feeling after taking the remedies and determine if another bottle of remedies is needed.

Packages
Two 2-session package - The first session is 60 minutes long, and the follow-up sessions are 45 minutes long.
This package is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about the Bach Flower Remedies and needs multiple sessions to support them through a difficult period in their life.
Zoom Exchange €50 - may include remedies.
Emotional Healing for Children
6-zoom session package: First 90min session with both parents present, practitioner and introduction to the child.
They are followed by five 60min sessions with the child and practitioner with feedback given to parents.
Bach Flower Remedies suggestions will be given during the sessions.
In these sessions, I will be interacting with your child, which could be playing a game, some meditation, and using therapeutic cards as a tool to connect and understand how your child is feeling.

Distant Reiki Sessions
60 mins distance Reiki session where I use Reiki energy to heal and rebalance your chakras and any "KI" energy blockages.
A package of 6 Distance Reiki sessions is also available.
Sometimes, we need to have more than one session; these can be given monthly or weekly to help keep you balanced during a difficult time at work or home.
